Before you proceed on to the catalog, we do have a few things
that you should know about beforehand.
First off, If you have Javascript disabled, TURN IT ON (temporarily)!
It is necessary for us to use Javascript while using Paypal. UPDATE: Firefox and Safari users may have a hard time accessing the "Paypal" link.
If a "Order by phone or fax" button appears, please use Internet Explorer in the meantime. We are working on this problem as fast as we can.
We have worked very hard in bringing this to you. The time and
effort put on by the TS5 staff and video crew was monumental. We only operate
with the intent to break even in a financially. The true satisfaction that
we get is that people have a good time at our tournaments, and people who
could not make it can receive merchandise can experience it in some form.
With that said, we frown on piracy on DVDs. While piracy is inevitable, we
just ask that you (the customer, the gamer, and most importantly, the fan
in you) try not to distribute this disc illegally.. We aim to keep DVD prices
affordable, so piracy can be prevented as much as we can help it.
Payment issues:
While the main catalog appears on this site, the final transaction
will go through Paypal. You have the option of using your Paypal
account, or not using it and providing your credit card info, through Paypal.
All tranactions are secured through PayPal. The Paypal email address will be
Lay Chang's PayPal account, the creator of the TS5 DVDS and the shipper.
Once you complete your order through here, you will be sent
an email from this site (Texas Showdown). This email will contain
the invoice of items that you have ordered. This email will NOT contain your
payment details, since it actually occurs through Paypal. Once the PayPal button
is clicked on this site, you will then be taken to Paypal's site, where you
are going to view Lay's paypal address, the order (It should say "Texas
Showdown Merchandise"), the amount of the total transaction, and
currency. You will then have the option to use Paypal or use
a Credit Card. The information that you complete on this website
will be parsed to Paypal, and you should be able to complete any missing information
(if applicable), and complete your transaction to Lay. Upon confirmation
of payment, Paypal will send an email to you, stating that you have completed
the transaction, and your Paypal account or Credit Card has been charged. Shipments
will only be shipped once Lay receives the payment.
Note: Do not hit the Paypal button on the checkout screen if you do not intend to pay!
Shipping issues:
All merchandise will begin to ship once there is confirmation of payment.
A flat shipping rate of $5 to the US and Canada ($8 USD for Europe) will be charged on
every separate transaction. Everywhere else: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Please contact

T-Shirt and poster issues:
There are a limited amount of shirts, and a very limited amount of posters for this year's designs.
Ordering for shirts and posters will come
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a shirt size or poster is completely
sold, that particular item will not show up again in the catalog. However, there
may be some inconsistencies between ordering, and if it does occur, a refund
will be given if any errors have occured.
