We recognize that the volunteer program for Texas Showdown is a major part of what makes our event workS. We have a volunteer perks program in order to reward those who are willing to volunteer. Keep in mind that you must be registered for Texas Showdown 2023 as a spectator or competitor to be eligble as a volunteer. We need to count you towards our current event cap. We believe that commentators help tell the story at Texas Showdown, so we are looking either experienced or talented up-and-comers to commentate the different games during our event. Slots are limited, and applications without reels will not be selected. Unless specified otherwise, in order to be considered, you must apply.Commentary application forms are now closed.

If you wish to have a booth for Texas Showdown 2022, this section is for you! Someone will contact you about pricing information some time after form submission. Setup will occur after 12pm on April 20th, and up to 12pm on April 21st. Breakdown usually occurs Sunday evening.Vendor application forms are now closed.
