By attending Texas Showdown 2025, you are assuming all liability and responsibility by any injury or damage that is caused by you during the event. You also hereby release and absolve Texas Showdown Championships DBA, Space City Beatdown, Red Bull North America, Inc., any of its official staff members, employees, agents, representatives and affiliates from all claims and courses of action arising from your participation and presence at Texas Showdown 2025. You also agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases.

By entering the event premises, you consent to any pictures/videos/conversations taken of your likeness during the duration of Texas Showdown, for the purpose of inclusion in websites, social media, broadcast and any other purpose by Texas Showdown Events and its affiliates, representatives, promotion partners, sponsors, agents, and anyone else authorized by Texas Showdown Events. Images, photos and/or videos may be used for any and all promotional and commercial purposes. You also hereby release and absolve Texas Showdown Events, any of its official staff members, employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the capturing, recording, digitizing, editing, publication and use of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or sound recordings. You also waive all rights you may have for payment, or royalties in connection with any use of the aforementioned media, no matter the purpose of such use. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Texas Showdown Events, or the person or entity designated to do so by Texas Showdown Events or its partners.

• Refunds requested before Feburary 1st, 2025 will be refunded for the full amount minus a 5% processing fee.
• Refunds requested between Feburary 1st, 2025 and March 7th, 2025 will be refunded partially, minus a 20% processing fee.
• There will be no refunds for any reason after March 7th, 2025.
• Refund policy created on November 28, 2024 and is subject to change.

By registering for Texas Showdown, you agree that you may be placed in a tournament bracket or pool on Friday, March 28, 2025. We will not take requests asking to be moved to March 29-30, 2025.

While pets are allowed in the Hilton, they are not allowed in the event spaces, with the exception of service animals. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals in the state of Texas.

• By registering for Texas Showdown, you agree to receive emails by Texas Showdown as it pertains to the event.
• By providing your phone number (optional), you agree to receive text messages by Texas Showdown. Text messages will only occur during the event.
• Email and phone numbers are only used for Texas Showdown and will not be sold or given to any third party.

• Texas Showdown Championships has a ZERO tolerance policy against violence, all forms of harrassment (mental, physical, sexual or otherwise), and any form of misconduct. We will have unarmed security and Houston Police Officers (HPD) roaming the premises throughout the event to help ensure safety of all attendees. Any incident of violence, harrassment, or any form of behavior that we deem as misconduct will result in immediate ejection from the venue, forfeiture from any prizing, and is subject to a ban from future events.
• Futhermore, any incident that results in ejection from the venue operator (Hilton Post Oak Houston by the Galleria) will also be enforced by Texas Showdown Championships.
• If you feel threatened in any way, please reach out to one of our staff members or Houston Police and someone will attempt to assist you immediately.
