Face masks must be on at all times in all Texas Showdown event spaces, no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in warnings, which can lead to being ejected from the venue if you fail to comply.

Once your vaccination status/negative test has been verified, you will be given a Texas Showdown event bracelet. The bracelet is proof of your COVID status, and you will not need to be verified again. The bracelet must stay on at all times until the last event of Texas Showdown.
As always, we will have an event badge for Competitors and Spectators for Texas Showdown 2022. Keep in mind, you must have both your event badge and your bracelet to enter designated event spaces.
We will have event staff, unarmed security, AND Houston Police Department officers, all checking for badges and bracelets. Failure to provide both bracelets and badges will result in ejection from Texas Showdown event spaces. Keep in mind Texas Showdown is a private event.
There will be a $25 fee to replace your lost badge. Lost bracelets will force to you to revalidate your vaccination/negative test status. Custom badges cannot be replaced.

You may register on-site for $100 ($30 for kids 15 and under) for only the following games:
They will be sold for $55 onsite, and $30 for children from 10-15 yrs of age. Children under 10 are allowed into Texas Showdown for free, but they must be accommpanied with a parent at all times. Spectator badges are good for the entire weekend.

BYOC stands for Bring Your Own Console. We will provide an area where people can bring their own consoles and systems and play casuals or even throw side events for fighting games that we do not host. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any equipment in the BYOC area.

You may bring alcohol purchased at the various cash bars around the venue into each of the event spaces.
Yes, we will have a variety of merchandise for sale at a booth that is located near the registration area. In addition, there will be various vendors that will be selling a variety of items.
