  • Red Bull Welcome Party

    While the Texas Showdown crew sets up the event, Red Bull will be hosting a Welcome Party at Post Oak Ice House! There will be 10-16 console setups featuring various games, a live DJ playing your favorite music (popular, anime and FGC related), and Red Bull themed cocktails.

    32 man pop-up tournaments for TEKKEN 8, Mortal Kombat 1, King of Fighters 15. Registration is free to all, first come, first serve. Winner earns a giveaway from the TXS staff! Prize TBD. You may register onsite at the TXS Registration Desk.

    Held in the Community/BYOC room, sing out loud to your heart's content with your favorite songs!

  • TEKKEN 8: King of Kings

    Who will be the KING of Kings??? A special Tekken 8 tournament where the only legal character you can play is King. Single elimination, 16 player max. You may register onsite at the TXS Registration Desk.

  • Battle for Texas: Street Fighter 6

    Battle of Texas - Street Fighter 6 exhibition. Battle of Texas is a 3v3 single elimination tournament featuring 3-person teams competing to be the best team in Texas. Slots are limited, you may register your team onsite at the TXS Registration Desk.

  • Mortal Kombat 1: Team Battle - KGE vs STG

    A special Mortal Kombat 1 seven vs seven exhibition between Kings Guard Esports (KGE) and S Tier Gaming (STG), Pokemon style. MK1 team battles bring the hype, so don't miss out!

  • Guilty Gear STRIVE: Say Hello to the Badguy
